DePaul Prep will begin the 2021-22 school year with a clearly defined set of COVID 19 protocols and procedures that are designed to protect the health and well-being of our students, faculty and our entire school community. Our goal is to have an uninterrupted year of education for our students paired with the ability to hold extracurricular activities that allow students to socialize and build relationships. Our protocols will be enforced from the first day of school.
Our approach to management of COVID 19 is rooted in guidance from the CDC, IDPH, ISBE and the City of Chicago. We will regularly monitor our city-wide and regional data as well as data for the state of Illinois and use this data to inform our decisions about each component of our COVID 19 planning and approach.
In the interest of the health and safety of the entire DePaul Prep community, the protocols, practices, and policies shared below are non-negotiable. Parents and students who are not able to comply with these are asked to reconsider their position or seek alternative placement for the 2021-22 school year.
