Job Description:
The Science department seeks a collaborative, energetic and positive teacher for the role of science teacher. The ideal candidate is a qualified teacher with the following characteristics:

Campus Minister & Service Coordinator
DePaul College Prep Campus Minister & Service Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Mission and Ministry
Position: Full Time, 10.5 Months
Purpose:
The Service Coordinator will deepen and grow all service-related experiences at DePaul Prep and serve as a full member of the Mission & Ministry team. The Service Coordinator will partner with the Director in growing Campus Ministry presence on social media, as it pertains to engagement with our Catholic Vincentian identity. The Service Coordinator is available to students, faculty and staff, and parents to communicate about the school’s service requirements, opportunities, and mission. As a Campus Minister, this individual will have a regular role in facilitating retreats in partnership with the team.
The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic with passion and enthusiasm for engaging teens in service projects in conjunction with spiritual formation. An organized networker with a communal mindset, the candidate is a relationship builder who meets their students wherever they are on the spectrum of religious practice and spiritual belief.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The following duties will be carried out in partnership with departments such as the Theology Department, Instructional Leadership Team, the Deans’ Office, Athletics, Student Life, etc. to ensure service remains an integral part of DePaul College Prep’s identity:
- Build a vibrant culture of service which forms empathy, understanding, and a lens of interconnectedness relating to the realities of the world.
- Support students in developing habits of reflection rooted in our Vincentian charism and Catholic Social Teachings.
- Oversee the Freshmen Service Requirement and subsequent managing of DePaul’s MobileServe platform, plus service awards and recognitions for upper classmen.
- Support Athletics and Student Life with group service opportunities with the understanding that each athletic team will participate in a group service activity throughout the school year and clubs will be strongly encouraged to engage in service together.
- Maintain relationships with non-profit community partners and coordinate all-school service initiatives such as Thanksgiving and Catholic Schools Week donation drives, the Rincon Family Services Holiday Gift Drive.
- Coordinate Faculty and Staff service initiatives.
- Expand Summer Service-Immersion programming and opportunities.
- Develop regular after-school service opportunities.
- Develop and facilitate service reflection processes rooted in the Vincentian Charism.
- Collaborate with the team on facilitating single day and three-day Kairos retreats, liturgy and other Mission and Ministry programming.
- Be present at designated “All In” school events.
Required Qualifications:
Education

Campus Traffic Assistant
Our growing campus is looking for reliable help with our morning drop off and afternoon pick up procedures. We are looking for safety minded individuals who are willing to be on campus, outdoors, for approximately one hour, during our morning drop off period (appx. 6:45am-8am), and also for our afternoon dismissal period (appx. 3:00pm-4pm) during scheduled school days.
The position includes light student and faculty traffic management within our school campus, including our main entrances and our parking lot areas during arrival and dismissal periods.
This position pays $30 per day for the morning shift and $30 per day for the afternoon shift. No previous experience needed, as we will provide all training as needed.
