PowerSchool

PowerSchool is our Student Information System (SIS). This is the home for course schedules, final grades, and transcripts.

Accessing PowerSchool

New Students:
Setting up PowerSchool

To log into PowerSchool:

Visit depaulprep.powerschool.com
New students (Class of 2027 and Transfers): Please set up your DePaul Prep email first.

TRANSFERS: Please note your password will be the same as the incoming freshmen (depaul2027). Then log in with your DePaul Prep Email, via the "Student Sign In" on PowerSchool.

Incoming Parents:
Powerschool Account Creation

Parents should have received an access code in order to create a powerschool parent account through their email.

To create an account and then Log in:

Visit depaulprep.powerschool.com
Click “Create an Account” on the top tab, then the bottom right “Create Account” icon.
Insert all necessary account details. Please use the same email address that you use for FACTS, Schoology, etc.
Enter the Student Name(s), Access ID(s), and Access Password(s) associated with your student(s), sent to you in your email.
Indicate your relationship to each student.
Click “Enter” in the bottom right corner.

Parents: Update your Contact Information

Once logged into your parent access account in PowerSchool:

Select “Forms” on the left hand side of the page.
Under the “General Forms” Tab at the top, select “Student Contacts Update”
Listed are all contacts that we have on file for your student. Click “Add” to add more contacts.
Select the pencil icon at the far right of a listed contact in order to make updates to a listed contact.
Click “Submit” when finished to save all changes/additions.

Once logged into your parent access account in PowerSchool:

Select “Forms” on the left hand side of the page.
Under the “General Forms” Tab at the top, select “Student Information Update”
All information presented will be what is currently in our system. Please make any changes/corrections.
Click “Submit” when finished to save all changes/additions.
