Shadow Days Spring 2021

In coordination with the Office of Catholic Schools, DePaul Prep is now able to offer modified Shadow Day sessions for 7th grade students.

We invite current 7th graders to see and experience DePaul College Prep for yourself. Due to the coronavirus precautions, students will not be paired with a current DePaul Prep student for the day. Rather, 7th graders will hear from current DePaul Prep Students during a presentation, followed by a brief tour through our campus.

We look forward to seeing you on campus!

We kindly request that Shadow Days are scheduled at least 48 hours in advance of the requested date.

How it Works

Students will engage in a presentation given by our Admissions Team, followed by a Q & A session with current DePaul Prep students, and finally a brief tour around our new campus.

Due coronavirus health and safety precautions and guidelines, students will not be paired with a current DePaul Prep student for the day, or access classrooms. During the tour students will be able to view the inside of our classrooms and facilities.

Our modified Shadow Day sessions begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 10:15 a.m. Drop-off and pick-up will be at the NORTH entrance at 3300 N. Campbell Avenue.

What to Wear

DePaul College Prep maintains a uniform dress code. We ask that you please wear your grammar school uniform. If your school does not require a uniform please wear:

Boys: Dress pants, dress or gym shoes and a collared shirt. Polo style shirts are acceptable.

Girls: Dress pants or dress skirt and dress or gym shoes.

Absolutely no jeans, t-shirts, sweat pants, sweat shirts, sleeveless or mid-drift tops allowed. Shadows will not be allowed to attend if they are inappropriately dressed.

COVID-19 Health & Safety Precautions/Protocols:

Your student's health and safety is our number one priority while visiting our campus. Please review our safety protocols for visitors:

  • Mask coverings of the nose and mouth must be worn for the entirety of their time on campus, both inside and outside, and maintain appropriate social distancing.
  • Visitors will have their temperature checked upon arrival.
  • Hand sanitizing stations are located in prominent places throughout the campus.
