Morning Transportation Registration Form 26/27

To be eligible for morning transportation:

• A student must be registered for the 2026-2027 school year and current regarding tuition payments.
• Registration form for Semester 1 transportation must be completed and submitted by July 17, 2026.
• Semester 1 transportation fee of $550 will be added to your FACTS tuition account. Semester 2 transportation fee of $550 will be added to your FACTS tuition account.
• Service provided will be for morning transportation only and will run on a fixed bus schedule, Monday through Friday. Weekend transportation to DePaul College Prep will not be included in this service. 
• Bus service will not be provided on orientation days.
• It is the parent’s responsibility to notify Tom Kleinschmidt (tklein@depaulprep.org) in writing if you wish to cancel transportation service for your child. Refunds will be prorated based on usage upon cancellation of service only. Absences from school while still using the service will not allow for a refund.
• Students will be required to show valid Student ID prior to using the bus service. Students failing to show valid Student ID may be subject to disciplinary action.
• Students are required to follow the code of conduct rules listed in the DePaul College Prep Parent-Student Handbook while using the transportation service. Failure to comply will result in disciplinary action. Repeated infractions will lead to a loss of transportation privileges without refund and further disciplinary measures taken by DePaul College Prep.

Bus Fees for the 2026-2027 school year:

• Semester 1 Morning Transportation Fee: $550 (added to FACTS account)
• Semester 2 Morning Transportation Fee: $550 (added to FACTS account)

Pick up locations will either be at one of two stops along each route at a predetermined time. The family is responsible for choosing one of those two locations and arriving at the set time. The bus will wait 3 minutes over the pickup time and move onto the next location. Please be at the pick up location 5 minutes prior to bus arrival. It is vital to be punctual to make sure the arrival of all students are on time.
