Dear Parent of a DePaul Prep Athlete,

Beginning this Fall, DePaul Prep will be teaming up with Herff Jones and the DePaul Prep Sports Boosters to establish a brand new Letter Jacket Program.  Upon completion of a Student Athlete’s First Season participating on a Varsity Team, each Varsity Athlete will be receiving a FREE All Wool Letter Jacket with the Varsity Letter already sewn onto the left chest.  The Varsity Athlete will Only be required to provide a $15 Shipping/Handling Fee to receive a jacket.

All New Fall Varsity Athletes and All Fall Varsity Athletes from Last School Year will be Sized for a Varsity Letter Jacket with their Team during their scheduled Team Picture time on August 16th.  Any Winter or Spring Varsity Athlete from Last Year, regardless of Season, should be sized for a jacket anytime on Saturday, August 16th, from 8:00am to 1:00pm, in the Football Stadium.  Once sized, All Varsity Athletes will be handed an order form to be completed and returned with the $15 Payment or Payment in Full, during lunch periods in the Commons on Friday, August 22nd. 

If you would like to customize your Free Wool Jacket by adding Leather Sleeves, Your Embroidered Name or Grad Year to the Front, the DePaul Prep Back Patch and Your Sport Name(s) to the Back, please see the Attached Letter Jacket Program Flyer and Order Form for Option Pricing.  Payment in Full is required to customize your jacket.  

Herff Jones will be at Team Picture Day to answer all questions.  All Jackets will be delivered to the Athletes at school later in the Fall.
